From There to Here: an insider’s guide to navigating the darkness is a combination of memoir and encouragement. It is written with two audiences in mind: Those who are living with depression and the ones who love people who are living with depression. The focus being: Living with, not “dying from,” a “victim of,” or “suffering with.” It was written in the spirit of shining a light into the shadows of living with depression from one Surthrivor's experience and perspective.
